Welcome to HostifyOS.com ("HostifyOS", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Ali Turan Inc. (Email: hostifyos@gmail.com). By accessing or using our website, cloud software, mobile applications, digital guidebooks, and hospitality management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
HostifyOS provides a B2B SaaS operating system for short-term rental (STR) hosts, boutique hotels, and property managers. Services include automated guest check-in messaging, digital guidebook creation, dynamic QR code management, room service PDF menu generation, and multi-calendar channel management.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information upon creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
HostifyOS offers subscription plans (Pro Host and Enterprise & Hotel Plan) billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, including a 14-day free trial on initial signups. Merchant of Record processing is handled securely by our official billing partners (Dodo Payments / Paynkolay). Prices are quoted in USD and TRY, subject to applicable local taxes.
You agree not to use HostifyOS for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. You must not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to platform servers, or violate third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
All software, brand elements, designs, text, and proprietary graphics on HostifyOS.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Ali Turan Inc. Hosts retain ownership of custom guide content uploaded to their host portals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostifyOS and Ali Turan Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits arising out of your use of the platform.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Host Portal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms without prior notice.

All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Mention of third-party platforms is solely for descriptive and interoperability purposes.
