Gate PIN: #1905 or use the small remote fob attached to the villa keychain.

Wallbox in garage (Tesla, Porsche, Mercedes, BYD, Togg compatible). Contact host on WhatsApp to activate charging session.
Street Parking Rules:
Free street parking outside the gate. Please do not park directly in front of neighbor driveway gates.
A/C & Appliance Instructions
Air Conditioning (A/C):
Keep remote in "COOL" mode at 22°C (72°F). Please turn off units when leaving the villa.
Hot Water (Continuous):
Solar & electric hot water is active 24/7. Booster switch is located on the master bathroom wall.
Smart TV & Entertainment:
Netflix, YouTube, and Apple TV are pre-logged in for guest entertainment.
